I’m Lee Hisey with the Hisey Group, llc and Howard Hanna and I am the primary contributor to this blog.
We specialize in Ohio’s “Vacation Land”. Our market region covers the Ohio islands as well as the river and shore communities from Cleveland, Ohio to the Lake Erie Islands and Sandusky Bay area. This is a rich area filled with unique island communities like Middle Bass, South Bass, Rattlesnake, and Kelleys Island and the village of Put-in-Bay. Mainland communities include suburban like Avon Lake and Bay Village, as well as quaint neighborhoods and historic fishing villages like Vermilion and Marblehead.
What is there to do along Ohio’s Northcoast? For fun we enjoy boating, world class fishing, Cedar Point, water parks, wineries, and plenty of shopping and dining. Ohio’s Northcoast is surprisingly affordable!
We’ve worked with Buyers from all over the world, however our two primary sources of Buyers are local from a one to 3 hour drive – and a large second group coming to Lake Erie to escape the heat during the summer months in the south.
