Interest Rates in 2014
So what is going on with interest rates in 2014? Many "experts" are predicting rates going up to as much as 6% in 2014. I read a couple that are even predicting 7%. If this happens it will reduce the price of the homes people will be able to pay when purchasing a home. Will this slow down the market?
