Another great meeting. Green building issues were discussed and I think there was a great deal of optimism in the room. Green building will increase out of necessity. I got the impression that in many ways commercial Ohio buildings are leading the way because of the realization that construction utilizing eco-friendly features saves businesses money. This knowledge is gradually trickling over to the residential market. It can save homeowners money as well as businesses! I personally think it is also going to make homes far more marketable in the future.
