Why Market Your Home's Green Features??
Green Features are Increasingly in Demand!
From a "Green" channel on cable television to "Eco-Friendly" products Green and Eco are "in". Studies are increasingly discovering a demand for energy saving features, products that ensure clean water in our homes and offices, clean air products and other eco-friendly features.
Solar panels and wind turbines are becoming a reality and will doubtlessly become more prevalent however for most consumers those type of systems are still somewhere in the future. What type of features are common marketable environmentally friendly and energy efficient items that can help sell a home in our Northern Ohio market? "Green" is no longer a radical concept. "Green" sells homes.
I market features that matter to people. This is particularly true in our current economic situation. What features sell today in Northern Ohio?
