Hisey Group w/ Howard Hanna: Northern Ohio Real Estate Update

It's been a very busy month for us.  Our summer was not as fast as many agents in the area, however that seems to be changing quickly.  The islands are picking up fast, and our mainland Lake Erie waterfront condos have been selling with showings increasing dramatically.

If you are considering selling your lakefront, island or riverfront home or condominium now is the time to list with us!  There is actually a shortage of fairly priced listings in our area.

Our Prete Builders model at Pine Lakes is going up quickly.  The previous model was sold.  This is a wonderful development just off of State Route 250, just south of Sandusky in Huron Township.  The pool, picnic shelter and clubhouse are finished and in use - no waiting for construction!  The model will be for sale, or we can build a home from a list of fantastic models.  These stand-alone condos provide the carefree lifestyle of a condominium with the stand-alone advantages of a single home.  Contact me for details and to arrange a showing at 440-315-6000 or LeeHisey@HowardHanna.com.

We have had a huge price reduction for one of our Put-in-Bay, South Bass Island listings.  This is a lovely 4 bedroom main home with a back building that includes a full apartment and a single bedroom and bath unit.  Truly beautiful and now a dramatically lower price.  Check it out at:  http://1900put-in-bayrd.howardhanna.com/

My wife and I are enjoying our 28 year wedding anniversary this week, and have decided to stay in the area, keep our money spending local, and reintroduce ourselves to the many things in our area we do not generally have time to experience.  So far this week we have visited the new Cleveland Aquarium, the Natural History Museum, and numerous other venues.  The food has been fantastic.  We are going to an Indians game tonight after visiting a Lorain County Metropark in Avon, and will be going to the Cleveland Museum of Art, the islands, and Westside Market this week.  What a fantastic area we live in.
