The Howard Hanna annual conference ended yesterday, and it was the best yet.  Because Howard Hanna is now the 4th largest real estate brokerage in the U.S. and growing rapidly into other states it was a fantastic way to highlight the new Cleveland Convention Center.  What a beautiful facility!  The adjoining Health and Innovation Center is also very impressive. Downtown Cleveland is truly a city on the move!  If you haven't had a chance to view both buildings you really need to check them out.

I hope to be listing a new Lake Erie waterfront condo on a private beach tomorrow.  I sold one last winter in a short amount of time and am excited about listing this one.  I love being forced (ha!) to hold open houses looking out at our beautiful Lake Erie and the beach!
